Victor Daminato - Partner

Victor is our key contact for commercial construction matters (front end and disputes), major infrastructure projects, commercial disputes and litigation. In particular Victor assists client with:

  • preparing and advising on construction agreements;
  • preparing and advising on major projects including PPP Projects and airport developments;
  • advising on the sale and development of commercial properties;
  • preparing equipment supply contracts for major plant and machinery in respect of major projects;
  • advising on and conducting litigation in respect on construction and development project.
  • advising on and conducting commercial and contractual disputes;

Victor was a founding partner of Crawford Legal. Before then Victor worked:

  • as a partner in a leading Adelaide firm doing construction law work and major commercial litigation;
  • as a partner in a national law firm as the head of that firm’s construction law practice.
