- Acting for builders in numerous PPP projects throughout Australia including in respect of design and construction contracts and joint venture issues
- Negotiating and drafting terms of the Head Contract for the construction of the new Adelaide Airport Terminal
- Drafting a design and construction contract for the first Green Star and ABGR Rated multistorey buildings in South Australia
- Negotiating and drafting the terms of a Development Agreement for the sale of a landmark South Australian project valued at $142 million
- Preparing an integrated fitout agreement for the fitout of a 10,000m² State Government tenancy in South Australia ’s first Green Star rated building
- Preparing a design and construct contract for the construction of a reverse osmosis for water filtration plant in Broken Hill
- Preparation of “turnkey” contracts for the construction of a high pressure gas transmission pipeline from Victoria to Adelaide and compressor stations.
- Acting for the operator of 10 Water Treatment Plants in South Australia in connection with a Supreme Court claim about defective design and construction work
- Acting for the owner and operator of a power station in South Australia in a Supreme Court dispute about liquidated damages and performance issues
