Arcus Legal merges with Crawford Legal

On 1 October 2010 Arcus Legal formally merged with Crawford Legal. Arcus Legal has worked in a close and successful alliance with Crawford Legal since 1 July 2007. Crawford Legal’s Managing Partner Victor Daminato says the merger now means that Crawford legal has a fully integrated and full service offering for its commercial clients. Victor commented that the merger had been a natural progression and “Both firms are made up of younger lawyers who left large traditional firms because they felt there were better ways to deliver real value to clients and their businesses.
