Rachael Gibbs

Rachael joined the Crawford Legal Melbourne office in 2016.

Rachael has extensive experience in dispute resolution, commercial litigation and both personal and corporate insolvency.  Rachael also has experience in building and construction disputes.

Rachael practices in all Court jurisdictions and has successfully conducted litigation (including mediation) for a range of commercial disputes, such as franchising, leasing, intellectual property and contractual disputes, as well as general debt recoveries.
